    Everybody knows the cartoon Tom and Jerry, this game is based on the plot of that cartoon. You are Tom the cat and you have to catch Jerry the mouse.

You start off as Tom running (in his cartoon leg-spinning style) with Jerry a fair distance ahead of you. As the scenery jerks by there are different obstacles such as benches, poles, postboxes and others. If you hit one of the obstacles its game over, so be careful!

As disappointing as this game was there is at least some challenge to it, you have to collect tins of cat food on your way which help you gain speed and close in on Jerry.

    Gunz the Duel (Beta) is one of the best freeware games ever created. Be warned – if you are not a fan of ‘modern’ 3d games, especially third and first person shooters, you may want to steer clear of this. But for those of you who have embraced these types of games – this game should be right up your alley. The game is played in third person and is online multi-player only. Basically you choose a character by typing in a user name and customizing your appearance – then you choose a server. Once you enter the server and jump on to the 3d map, it is all out war with the various weapons your character type is given. The game is played in one of two modes – deathmatch and teamplay. For those who are not familiar with these terms, deathmatch is every man for himself and teamplay splits everyone into two teams – whichever team the last man standing belongs to wins.

    It’s hard to explain how great this game is. It’s a fighting game, like street fighter, but with different and more effective graphics as well as much better gameplay. There are a variety of gameplay modes: tournament modes, battle modes and a few more very interesting types.

Little Fighter 2 is multi player with up to 4 players at a time. Not to worry if you don't have people to play with, one area Little Fighter 2 excels in that many other freeware games fall short is AI. The computer players are very challenging.

The makers of the game (Marti Wong & Starsky Wong) are continually updating the game and adding new characters so it will never get boring.

Well! You’ll love LBZ!

You play as two lemmings in a head to head fight reminiscent of a DBZ episode. As in the anime series, there are many power ups and special moves to annihilate your opponent with.

The graphics are really smooth and you will need a 3D graphics card and at least a P3-500MHz processor. The game was a lot of fun and it’s quirky theme kept me amused for quite some time.
