NHB Fighting is MMA (mixed martial arts) textual Flash sim for Windows (created by Marco Evangelista). All you need to do is pick two fighters (or more in tournament mode) and read play-by-play. You can simulate matches under PRIDE, UFC, K-1, ADCC and IVC rules. Currently there are over 400 fighters in the database. You can edit them, as well as create new ones.

• Injuries. Fighters may sustain broken limbs due to joint locks, strikes or slams.
• New sprawl stat. This needs the fighters update from 03/16 a least to be functional.
• ADCC rules.
• IVC rules (vale-tudo or no holds barred). Bouts are barefisted, so there is a higher possibility of fighters breaking their hands while thorwing bombs in these rules. Headbutts are allowed standing and on the ground. Kicks against a downed opponent are allowed, as well as downward elbows, againt the head or spine. Thus ground and Pound is a lot more effective. Also, the ref in these rules is more tolerant to cuts and dirty strikes.
• Fighters may fake punches or takedowns in attempt to feint their opponents.
• The initiative system has changed from a round system into a timer system. In the early versions, the fighter who won a round (which is around 5 seconds of ring action) would be the aggressor during that round, and the guy who lost the round would be defending. Now they will attack whenever they see an opening, depending on their aggression level. Intelligence will play a big factor in this. Some fighters will capitalize on a simple slip (Liddel - Couture 3), while less aggressive fighters will wait for even better oportunities (Rizzo). How the opponent is exposed to a counter also influences what kind of attack a fighter chooses to use. That means guys won´t be throwing a lot of haymakes out of nowhere (and if they do they´ll probably miss them). When the opponent isn´t off guard a figher will more than likely be throwing jabs and another quick attacks to set up more powerful strikes. This works especially well at emulating some styles such as Wanderlei´s, who is really a counter puncher but attacks with max fire power as soon as his opponents make mistakes or give him enough space. So playing counter-puncher strategy be more effective in this version.
• The fatigue system has also been rebuilt. In the earlier versions a figther had to gas a certain ammount before he started suffering penalties on his physical stats. NOw as their cardio drops to, say 99%, their stats will also be at 99%, all the way down till 50%, when they will be forced to rest instead of attack.
• The rankings system is also improved, the fighters will score more points according to how how they win the fight, and how well ranked is their opponent. While a top fighter may not gain any points by beating a can, and avarege figher won´t drop a lot of points by losing a split JD to a Top 10 fighter.
