MessageLock for Outlook 2003 is an email encryption plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 2003, that enables you to easily send encrypted messages and/or compressed attachments. It can transparently encrypt outgoing messages, if the option is selected from the newly added toolbar buttons, and automatically keep track of passwords, so you can use an individual password for each recipient, without having to re-enter it every time you send an encrypted message. For full functionality, the program requires that both the sender and receiver have purchased and installed MessageLock, in which case the software will automatically decrypt incoming messages,making the entire process fully transparent. The purchase price includes 3 licenses, so you can install the software on your computer and on 2 of your contacts. If the recipient does not have MessageLock installed, you can still send standard AES encrypted zip attachments, which however requires that the sender is using a AES compatible zip tool like WinZip, PKzip, TugZip or others. MessageLock offers a convenient way to exchange encrypted messages without having to perform any extra steps. It supports AES-256, AES-128 and Zip2 compatible encryption.
