Emoticons Mail allows you to easily insert graphical smileys into your Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express email messages. You can select from different categories and insert the smiley with a single click wherever your mouse cursor is located in the email message. The program runs in the system tray from where it can be quickly accessed.
