FreeBusy MS Outlook add-on automatically sends auto-reply messages based on your current status, as selected from a menu. You can set it to Busy, Vacation, Out of Office, Meeting etc. or use your Calendar Free/Busy time. FreeBusy will then send the selected reply to all messages that arrive in your Inbox while the selected status is activated. You can add custom status items, edit the reply templates and also set filters to exclude certain messages from receiving auto-replies. Outlook must be set to automatically download your email in order for this program to work.
