GoPOP enables remote access to your local Outlook email from anywhere in the world with any standard remote email client or email checker. You can retrieve your Outlook email with any type of device, including PDA, cell phone, pager or your notebook computer without the need to install any additional software on the device. GoPOP eliminates the need to keep multiple copies of email messages on different servers or to configure Outlook to "leave messages on server", so you can access the copies from you main machine as well.... With the use of GoPOP, Microsoft Outlook becomes the single source for all of your email. You configure Outlook to download your mail automatically every X minutes and GoPOP runs as a local POP server on your machine that allows you to access your downloaded mail directly inside Outlook, rather than on the POP account. In addition, you can also access mail stored in any Outlook subfolder and are not limited to the Inbox alone. The program is very easy to install and only requires basic configuration.
